ABOUT
Welcome to Haus of Travertine, a full-service residential and commercial design + build studio based in Bryan–College Station. Founded by husband-and-wife team Tyler and Jestine Warnasch, our work is rooted in the belief that home should be both beautiful and deeply lived in.
We create organic, collected spaces that balance refined craftsmanship with everyday functionality — blending natural stone, warm woods, layered textures, and architectural restraint to design environments that feel grounded and enduring.
At Haus of Travertine, our mission is to build thoughtfully designed spaces where families and businesses can gather, grow, and thrive — projects shaped by intentional living, quality construction, and a deep respect for the way people move through their environments.
MEET TYLER & JESTINE
Haus of Travertine is led by husband-and-wife team Tyler and Jestine Warnasch — partners in both life and building.
Tyler brings the structure: years of hands-on construction experience, a deep respect for craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way, even when no one sees it. He oversees each project with precision and steady leadership, ensuring every home reflects quality construction and enduring integrity.
Jestine brings the vision: a love of natural materials, proportion, and the quiet details that shape how a space feels. She leads the creative direction of the studio, curating layered, organic interiors that feel both refined and deeply livable.
Rooted in Bryan–College Station and raising five children of their own, they understand firsthand that homes must function beautifully while holding space for real life. Their work is shaped not only by design principles, but by lived experience — by gathering around the kitchen island, by muddy shoes at the back door, and by the belief that a home should support the rhythms of family life.
Together, they create thoughtfully designed spaces that balance vision and craftsmanship — homes built to last, and meant to be lived in.
